We transformed this home’s exterior by structurally reframing the main wall to support expansive new windows and doors. We completed the project with a massive custom composite deck, utilizing protective joist tape on the framing to ensure lasting durability against the coastal elements.
Dry Rot Repair and Siding
We uncovered extensive dry rot hidden behind this home's original exterior, requiring immediate structural attention. After removing the damaged framing and rebuilding the wall, we installed a high-performance drainable housewrap to prevent future moisture issues.
